A soft, easy to work pizza dough made with very little yeast 24 hours before delivery time. It makes 2 medium round pizzas or 1 large tray 30x40cm (very thin style)
Ingredients: 00 Pizza flour, salt, yeast, olive oil
This dough can keep refrigerated up to 48 hours from the day of purchase. Always make sure you gently knock it back before refrigerating it.
Allow the dough to rest 4 hours at room temperature before baking .
